We do not honor refunds. However, we accept exchanges for the following reason only:
Please think carefully before placing an order. However, dried flowers are delicate and natural shedding may occur during transit (this is inevitable with all dried flowers). But can be managed if handled carefully. We are unable to provide any compensation for some shedding of flower petals.
Returning an item:
If we agree in writing to the return of goods, you must do the following:
Post the goods to our warehouse in their original condition, in their original packaging, with tags attached; and email us your receipt as proof of purchase, along with the return postage tracking number. We have to wait until we have received the returned goods before issuing a refund.
You will be solely responsible for paying any shipping or postal costs for returning your goods unless otherwise stated by us, in writing.
